How long does a redesign take?
Every menu is different, so we don’t quote a fixed turnaround. After you order, we review your menu and confirm an estimated delivery date with you. You can follow progress on your private order page at any time.
Is printing included?
No — physical printing is not included. You receive a print-ready PDF set up for professional printing, which you can take to any print shop or print yourself, plus a digital PDF for your website, QR codes and online ordering.
How do revisions work?
Before you buy, we’ll adjust your preview once at no cost. After purchase, your order includes 2 design revisions within 30 days of your first proof. Menu details you send before we finalize the design are included, and corrections of any errors we introduced never count as a revision.
Which files will I receive?
A print-ready PDF, a digital PDF optimized for screens, and editable source files. We confirm the editable format with you during the project. Some fonts or images may carry their own licenses, which we’ll note alongside your files.
Who owns the finished design?
Once your order is paid, you own the original finished design we create for you. Third-party assets such as fonts or stock images remain subject to their own licenses. Your logo, content and trademarks always stay yours, and we only feature your menu in our portfolio with your permission.
What if I’m not happy?
Tell us what isn’t working and we’ll use your included revisions to get it right. If you change your mind before you approve the final design or receive your final editable files, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
Will my menu keep its size and folds?
Yes. We keep your menu’s original format, dimensions, folding structure, brand identity and section organization by default. A tri-fold stays a tri-fold unless you ask for something different. The $199 package covers our standard project scope: up to 6 printed sides (for example, six single-sided pages or a double-sided tri-fold), at sizes up to 11 × 17 in, with up to about 150 menu items. Bigger menu? Get in touch and we’ll quote it before you pay anything.
Is the restaurant in your examples real?
No. Halloway’s Neighborhood Grill is a fictional restaurant we created to show what a typical redesign looks like. Client work will only appear on this site with the owner’s permission.
