We collect only what we need to design your materials, take payment and keep in touch about your order.
Who we are
Redraft Studio is operated by Redraft Studio LLC, 1772 Applebrook Drive, Commerce Township, MI 48382. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@redraftstudio.com.
Information we collect
Business information used for previews
To prepare a preview, we may use publicly available business information such as a restaurant’s name, website and published menu, and a public business contact email where one is listed.
Information you give us
- Contact form and feedback messages: your name, email address, business name and what you tell us.
- Order details: the name and email entered at checkout, menu updates, design preferences and any files you upload.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly — we never receive or store full payment details. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your name, email address, payment status, amount and a payment reference.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to operate and secure the website. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use one strictly necessary cookie for our internal staff login, and Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
How we use information
- to create previews and deliver the design work you order;
- to process payments, send receipts and keep business records;
- to respond to messages and revision requests;
- to prevent fraud and keep our service secure;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Redraft Studio:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Vercel — website hosting;
- Supabase — database and private file storage;
- Resend — order and account emails (for example, your order confirmation and private order link).
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
- Unpurchased previews and related business information: up to 12 months after the preview is created, or sooner on request.
- Order records and payment references: as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations (generally 7 years).
- Project files: 12 months after delivery.
Security
Previews, project files and deliverables are kept in private storage. Customer pages and downloads use unguessable links that expire, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your private links to yourself.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete a preview of your business. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Email hello@redraftstudio.com and we’ll respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell customers with active orders.
