Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms explain how our previews and paid menu redesigns work. They’re written to be read — if anything is unclear, email hello@redraftstudio.com before you buy.
1. Who we are
Redraft Studio (“Redraft Studio”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Redraft Studio LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan. Business mailing address: 1772 Applebrook Drive, Commerce Township, MI 48382. Contact: hello@redraftstudio.com.
By requesting a preview, submitting feedback or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
2. Previews and design concepts
We may prepare a free, personalized preview of a redesigned first menu page, based on a menu that is publicly available or that you send us. Previews:
- are independent design concepts — not official menus, and not endorsed by the business shown unless that business has ordered from us;
- are shared through a private, unlisted link and are reduced in resolution and watermarked;
- remain our property until purchased, and may not be printed, published or used as a menu;
- create no obligation to buy.
Each preview includes one complimentary revision before purchase. If you received a preview you don’t want, email us and we’ll delete it.
3. What the Complete Restaurant Menu Redesign includes
For a one-time fee of $199 (USD), we redesign your existing menu. The package includes:
- Complete redesigned menu within our standard project scope
- Original menu dimensions and folding format preserved
- Print-ready PDF
- Digital PDF
- Editable source files
- Two complimentary design revisions within 30 days
- Free corrections of errors introduced by Redraft Studio
- Ownership of the finished original design, subject to third-party asset licenses
- No subscriptions or recurring fees
Your original format. We keep your menu’s original format, dimensions, folding structure, brand identity and section organization by default. A tri-fold stays a tri-fold unless you ask for something different.
Standard project scope. One menu in its original format: up to 6 printed sides (for example, six single-sided pages or a double-sided tri-fold), at sizes up to 11 × 17 in, with up to about 150 menu items. If your menu is larger or unusually complex, we’ll tell you before you pay and quote any additional work separately. We never add a charge without your agreement.
Completion. Your complete menu is designed after purchase, in the style of your preview. It is final only once you have reviewed the proof and approved it. Additional pages or panels shown as locked in your preview have not been designed yet.
Not included: physical printing, shipping, new photography, illustration, logo or brand identity design, translation, and changes to your website or ordering platforms.
Existing orders. Orders placed before these terms were updated keep the scope and deliverables agreed at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Prices are in US dollars and charged once, at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices don’t include sales tax; where we’re required to collect it, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Some payment methods take several days to confirm. We begin work once Stripe confirms your payment.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your menu content — dish names, descriptions, prices, allergen and dietary information, and any notices required where you operate (for example, consumer advisories). Before we finalize your design, you’ll be asked to review and confirm the content. Please check every proof carefully before printing.
You confirm you have the right to use the materials you provide (such as logos, photos and text) and grant us permission to use them solely to provide our service to you.
6. Revisions and corrections
- Your order includes 2 design revisions, requested within 30 days of receiving your first proof.
- A revision is a set of changes you send together in one request.
- Menu details you provide before we finalize the design are included and do not count as a revision.
- Correcting an error that we introduced (for example, a typo we made or a price we changed by mistake) is always free and never counts as a revision.
- Additional revisions, or changes requested after the revision window, are quoted before any work starts, and we never charge for them without your agreement.
If we don’t hear from you for 60 days after sending a proof, we may treat the latest version as final and deliver your files.
7. Timing and delivery
We don’t guarantee a fixed turnaround. After you order, we review your menu and give you an estimated delivery date. Files are delivered digitally through secure, expiring links on your private order page. Please download and keep copies; we keep project files for 12 months after delivery.
8. Ownership and licenses
When your order is paid in full, we assign to you the copyright in the original finished design we create for you. This does not include:
- your own pre-existing materials, which always remain yours;
- third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery or icons, which remain subject to their own licenses — some fonts may require you to obtain a license to edit the source files;
- our general tools, templates, methods and know-how.
We will only show your finished menu in our portfolio or marketing with your permission.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for printing costs or losses arising from content you approved, or from errors you did not report before printing. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
